Warranty Information
Baggolino offers a voluntary goodwill warranty of up to 2 years from delivery date for manufacturing defects in our sustainable travel bags made from upcycled kite sail materials. This goodwill warranty supplements—but does not extend—any statutory rights under Swiss law (Code of Obligations, OR Art. 197 et seq.), where consumers have a 2-year legal warranty for material and legal defects, with notification required for visible defects within 60 days and hidden defects promptly upon discovery. As the manufacturer based in Lugano, Switzerland, we limit our goodwill commitments to avoid liability risks, excluding normal wear, misuse, modifications, or improper care.
Repair Services
We encourage repairs to promote sustainability and extend product life. Under our goodwill warranty, qualifying defects receive free repair consideration, but processing starts only after safe receipt of the item at our Lugano workshop (with proof of purchase). Minimum turnaround time is 4 weeks from confirmed receipt; complex cases may take longer. Statutory repair rights remain unaffected, but we prioritize sustainability over replacements.
Warranty Exclusions and Limits
This goodwill warranty excludes damage from normal use (e.g., kitesurfing trips), accidents, unauthorized repairs, or non-standard care. Coverage is strictly up to 2 years post-delivery on a discretionary basis—no automatic entitlement. We reserve the right to refuse claims or offer alternatives like price reduction. Email photos, order details, and a description to info@test.baggolino.com. Ship the item only after our approval to our Lugano address.
